01 Introduction & Acceptance

990x is an internationally operated online betting and casino platform ("the Platform") that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and related gaming services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is operated under the brand name 990x and is accessible at https://990x.io.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 990x Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and any communication with customer support. By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you enter into a binding contract with 990x on the basis of these Terms.

990x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 990x Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 990x does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 990x, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the 990x Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

990x takes age verification seriously. All players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed. 990x may request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any stage. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access betting and gaming services on 990x, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must notify 990x promptly of any changes to your registration information.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 990x Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

As part of our KYC compliance process, 990x may request the following documents at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawals:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment method used to fund your account.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large transactions trigger enhanced due diligence, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period — typically 14 calendar days from the date of request — may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or account closure at the sole discretion of 990x.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 990x account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

990x strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, use a strong and unique password, and avoid accessing their accounts on public or shared devices. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 990x customer support immediately via live chat.

990x will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from 990x and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious account activity to support immediately.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date for security verification purposes.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

990x supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks are also accepted for deposits and withdrawals subject to processing times.

Deposits: All deposits to your 990x account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Standard bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your 990x balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 990x may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

06 Bonuses & Promotions

990x offers promotional bonuses and special offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all 990x bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the offer.
• 990x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have accepted an active offer in good faith.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated software, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 990x Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are accessible from within the relevant betting or game interface. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on 990x:

• Bets are accepted only when there are sufficient funds in your 990x account to cover the total stake.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the 990x system. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation except where in-play cash-out functionality is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 990x reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds, or market manipulation.
• In the event that odds are published in error — including but not limited to odds that deviate significantly from the fair market price due to a technical fault — 990x reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Maximum win limits apply on a per-bet and per-day basis. These limits are displayed in the relevant market. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit.
• Minimum stake requirements apply per bet and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB) are used to settle markets. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, markets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific market type.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 990x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your relationship with 990x.
• Money Laundering: Using the 990x Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to transfer funds for any purpose unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using fraudulent payment methods, or employing any systematic strategy to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the 990x Platform without prior written consent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider without first contacting 990x support to resolve the dispute.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other technical failures to generate profits. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.

09 Responsible Gaming

990x is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem, and we have a duty to provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity safely. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 990x Platform — including but not limited to the 990x brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and game content — is owned by or licensed to 990x and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 990x Platform without prior written consent from 990x. Game content displayed on the Platform may be owned by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 990x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 990x's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Amendments & Termination

990x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

990x may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• At your own request, including requests made under self-exclusion provisions.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 990x is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising between you and 990x that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, you must first contact 990x customer support and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 calendar days — for 990x to investigate and respond to your complaint. The 990x internal complaints procedure is as follows:

• Step 2: 990x will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3: If you remain dissatisfied with 990x's response, you may escalate the matter to the applicable arbitration or dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
